What is the warranty period on Elite Scissors?

All Elite Scissors are covered by a 10-year warranty for manufacturer defects. Claims require tracked return and proof of purchase. Damage from misuse or sharpening by non-qualified bladesmiths is not covered.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, orders over $180 qualify for free shipping.

Do you provide sharpening and repair?

Yes. Our qualified bladesmiths offer sharpening, repair and reconditioning. You can post your scissors to us; service includes return Express Post and GST.

How should I care for my scissors?

Clean and dry between each haircut, then oil the pivot regularly (use camellia oil). Check tension routinely and store your scissors in a protective case.

Do you offer a scissor trade-in program?

Yes. Trade in your pre-loved scissors (any brand) for a $50 credit when purchasing Elite Scissors. Donated scissors are reconditioned and passed to partner charities Hair Aid and Deadly Hair Dude.

Do you make left-handed scissors?

Yes. Many models are available in both right- and left-handed versions.

What steel do you use?

Elite Scissors uses premium Japanese steels such as ATS-314 cobalt steel and 440C stainless steel, chosen for hardness, edge retention and corrosion resistance.

Can I book a product demo?

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Payment plans are available on request—contact us for details.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that any postal delays are outside of our control and we will do our best to keep you updated.

$15 flat shipping fee to anywhere in Australia.
Orders over $180 are shipped for free.
Razors and Cartridges posts are for $2.50
