The Elite Emerging Stylist Kit is designed for hairdressers at the beginning of their cutting career, without compromising on the quality of the tools they learn with.

Rather than producing a lower grade apprentice scissor, we created a professional quality two scissor collection designed to be used well beyond an apprenticeship.

We have chosen 9Cr18MoV steel for this kit using a high-end stainless steel from China similarly rateing to 440C steel used to manufacture durable, precision scissors, and is recognised for its remarkable hardness HRC 58-60, superior edge retention, and better corrosion resistance than 440C steel, thanks to its high carbon and chromium content. The chemical composition of this type of steel also consists of 9% Chromium, 1.8% Molybdenum, 0.6% Nickel, 0.04%, and 0.12% Vanadium and Manganese. 

Because your first scissors shouldn't be your worst scissors.

ELITE SCISSORS WARRANTY POLICY

Elite Scissors offers a 10-year warranty on all scissors purchased directly from Elite Scissors Pty Ltd or through our authorised sales agents and distributors.

All scissors claimed under this warranty must be returned to Elite Scissors via a tracked delivery service for inspection. Proof of purchase is required. If a manufacturing fault is identified, we will replace the scissors at no cost to the customer.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This warranty strictly covers manufacturer defects only. Each pair of scissors is carefully inspected, cleaned, oiled, and tension-adjusted before dispatch to ensure they are in perfect working condition.

The following are not covered under warranty:

• Damage from misuse, including dropping or improper handling

• Damage caused by sharpening performed by non-qualified or unapproved bladesmiths

• Edge damage from incorrect tensioning, improper use, or chipping

• Corrosion resulting from water, chemicals, poor cleaning, improper maintenance, or incorrect storage

• Failure to follow care instructions outlined by Elite Scissors

We realise that accidents do happen. If you have damaged your scissors and it falls outside of warranty coverage, we offer repair or replacement services at a reduced cost as support and assistance to you.
